Sarah Wagner Flaim’s CD Release Party & Featuring Artist, Sunny Chancellor with Melting Point Designs

“Sarah Wagner Flaim has enjoyed living and working on the north coast for almost 12 years. She is a Physical Therapist and Pilates Instructor who happens to also love music, photography and nature. Sarah has performed in local theatre and opera, and in her last musical she took on the lead role of Diana in Next to Normal to sold-out shows. She volunteers for the Marine Mammal Center’s (Sausalito) marine mammal rescue and with State Parks. Environmental and conservation issues are very important to Sarah: she has just finished an album of lullabies, Butterfly Kisses, for which a majority of the proceeds will go toward forest and marine mammal conservation. The Noyo Center for Marine Science and The Matt Coleman Fund will each receive a portion of the proceeds from your purchase of this album. Look for this album on very soon!”

Sunny Chancellor is a Design and Illustration professional located in beautiful Mendocino, CA. I can help you fulfill your dreams though concept, design and fabrication.

Self Massage Foam Roller Therapy Workshop 6/28

Self Massage Foam Roller Therapy
Wednesday June 28, 2017
6:00-8:00pm, $40 per person

Learn how to self-massage with foam roller and therapeutic balls. Foam rolling is for anyone who wants to slow down the aging process and live pain-free.

Research is proving that self-massaging with the foam roller restores the elasticity of the connective tissue and reduces unwanted stiffness that causes the tissue to become less able to stabilize joints and support daily movements.

Hand and foot treatments use small balls to simulate hands-on bodywork to make the whole body feel better with easy treatments for overworked hands and feet.

Location: Deep Roots Healing Arts Studio. 330 N Franklin Street, Suite 2 Fort Bragg, CA 95437
